Terms of Service

  • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 12:00 noon, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Reservation and Cancellation: A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a one-night retention charge.
  • Payment Policy: For Single Rooms, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. For Double Rooms and above, a 30% advance is required. . All outstanding balances must be cleared upon check-out.
  • Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any damage caused to hotel property or fixtures will be billed directly to the guest's account.
  • Smoking: Smoking in all public spaces of the hotel is strictly forbidden.
  • Hornbill Festival: For rooms booked from 1 December to 10 December, an advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your stay. This advance is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
  • Liability: Hotel EL Serene is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal valuables. We advise guests to ensure their belongings are securely locked when leaving the room.
